This article was emailed to me by the Seed Savers Exchange Newsroom for sharing on our social network.

Seed Libraries are no threat to agriculture

Hi Devon - that's exactly what I mean.  A click nets a response but it's delayed - for a public used to Facebook where the click is pretty instantaneous, I fear most find the site 'clunky.'  I will post more blog posts in an effort to generate more interest,  I like the idea of a seed saving network - I hope we can have a nationwide active network of seed savers.  It's a new field and we need to know how others handle problems or opportunities.  I want to see other seed libraries organization chart and know how their procedures.  What does a state of the art seed library look like? I'm not a techie, but I can give some content. And if we can make it feel less clunky, I think this can be a very important tool in the seed saver's tool kit!

Hi Devon, I need to sign in here more often.  I wish there was less lag time on the site, and I wish there was more activity to hold more interest.  Thanks for the add request and I hope we can find some good things to make this a more happening place!
